The CONTINUA 30/60 is a tempering machine specially designed for filling and vibrating chocolate moulds. This can be done manually, with a distribution system (Quickfill) or with a scraper. During tempering, the cocoa butter in the chocolate takes on a stable crystal-clear shape. This guarantees a perfectly finished product with a satin shine and a bite. It also causes the chocolate to shrink as it cools, making it easier to remove from the mold. The CONTINUA is available with a volume of 30 or 60 litres and can be combined with an enrobing belt for enrobed pralines, truffles or biscuits.

Ease of use due to the size

Our tempering machines are wide at the front, making them easy to use. Plenty of space to work on the machine, a wide foot control for both left and right-footed users, and PLC within easy reach.

Simplicity is key

All functions to temper chocolate are simply numbered in the PLC: 1 heating, 2 starting agitator, 3 circulating and 4 tempering. The fixed parameters and speed can be easily changed, and the night mode ensures a smooth start the next day.

Operating in 5 languages

As Prefamac Chocolate Machines has a very international customer base, the PLC was immediately designed in 5 different languages: English, Spanish, French, Dutch and German. This allows each chocolatier to choose his or her own language, while his/her colleague is free to make a different choice.


  • Made entirely out of pearled stainless steel.
  • Frame on castors.
  • Chocolate will be moved and cooled in the machine via stainless steel spindle in double-walled stainless steel housing.
  • Standard vibration table with separate motor.
  • Ideal heating with heating carpets around the chocolate tray, the outlet underneath the chocolate tray, the bottom side of the spindle housing and the distribution pipe at the top.
  • Heating controlled via digital thermostat and with three extra security thermostats.
  • Cooling via hermetic cooling group.
  • Separate motor for steering mechanism and spindle.


  • Dosing system for moulds, Quickfill (3×7, 3×8, 4×6, 4×8 or tailor-made)
  • Enrober belt 18/28 cm with paper take-off section.
  • Enrober belt 18/28 cm with truffle extension and truffle table (90 of 150 cm).
  • Pneumatic scraper for moulds.
  • Manual moulding machine 30kg + 80kg and Continua 30kg + 60kg have the same enrober belt (but the accessories are different).
