The NRJ or ENERGY machine is a modular machine that can be used to obtain different end products. The execution is always in pearled stainless steel.
Here we highlight the part where chocolate drops are first produced and then nuts are dosed onto it, after which chocolate drops and nuts are applied again. This process can be repeated in a few modules, in such a way that a kind of rocks are built up.
Nuts are always applied to the still liquid chocolate drops, and they can be carefully counted. The intermediate cooling of the drops will be determined on the basis of the other applications of the NRJ machine, but also guarantee that the nuts always remain sufficiently attached to the chocolate. Whether vibrating will be done in the meantime depends on the end product.
The nut dispenser can also be replaced by a ‘sprinkler dispenser with carpet belt’ for smaller decorations.
The machines are always tailor-made and available in 400, 800, 1200 and 1600 mm width. The desired output will determine the specific implementation.
Many different pearls
The used chocolate dispensers and nut dispensers allow various sizes of drops and mixes of nuts or “rocks”. Various nut dosing units allow for different end products side by side. In this way, with maximum performance of the NRJ machine, a maximum range of end products can be produced. A larger investment allows a multiple of the speeds or the formats.
Change-over time reduced to 0
Switching from one type of nut to another, or increasing the weight of the drops, can be accomplished by some parameters on the PLC. This means that there is hardly any change-over time.
Customization and future applications are top
Depending on the desired applications of the customer, a specific version of the NRJ will be developed. This certainly also related to the required cooling. The NRJ is therefore always tailor-made. Future customer wishes will always be limited to an extension of the previous investment, but the previous purchases will never be lost.
