A Prefamac tempermeter is used to determine the tempering quality of real chocolate. This quality is expressed in an index between 1 and 9. The CLOONEY1 can be used with the manual moulding machines or bean-to-bar Prefanibs devices, as well as automatic Prefamac tempering machines.

CUP HOLDERS

The tempermeter contains 2 cup holders to facilitate intensive use.  It will be sent in a handy and good looking storage box with extra spare cups and print rolls.

  • Measurements are performed via aluminium cups that are filled with a sample of chocolate.
