We can dream a bit for a White Christmas (the moulds shown are still in stock) ... a few weeks super hard work .... time for the family ... a few days off .... and 2015 starts! For Prefamac it was a very busy year: many new machines for the past Interpack trade fair in Germany and a completely renewed website.
There was the super-fast Premium flaking machine with very nice and long flakes. An accompanying "biblio" heat cabinet was invented. The Switch + enrobing machines from 400 to 1600 mm width, with removable chocolate trays, were developed in a new "design". A movable decoration machine, was designed for a variety of chocolate and cake applications. Our melting and tempering kettles were optionally equipped with a weight-dosing control. The Light cooling tunnels were also available in a transparent version, to completely steal the show ... In short, we were amazed that we could accomplish so much in one year.
And as you may have noticed, not only our website www.prefamac.com was redesigned, our newsletters also got a new layout.
