PLC EASE OF USE
Because producing breaded nuts, fruit or biscuits requires some skill and training, all times, temperatures, etc. can be entered into the PLC. This way, even the less experienced chocolatier will be able to create the most beautiful products.
ALSO WITH SPRAYER
To apply the various layers of chocolate, the liquid chocolate can be introduced into the large trough with a ladle each time, but a sprayer will do this automatically. At regular intervals, chocolate is injected into the trough, and evenly distributed over the products. The sprayer is heated.
ROBUST DESIGN WITH COOLING AND HEATING
Like all Prefamac machines, the robust panner can take a beating. The large trough ensures easy cleaning. Both heating and cooling are located on the inside of the machine, and these enable the ideal finishing and storage time to be found for 1001 different products.
