The COMPACT MOULDING MACHINE 3 IN 1 is a combination of 3 COMPACT machines of 15 kg. This machine is very useful for alternating moulding of a limited amount of chocolate with a different colour. It is also extremely suitable for decorating fresh fruit cups, ice cream cups and/or pancakes with chocolate with the chocolate wheels facing the customer. Also ideal for use during trade fairs, parties or other events.
Transportable by car
The COMPACT 3 IN 1 is only 140 cm wide, so it fits on the back seat of a car. Ideal to display in your store or to take with you to trade fairs or parties. In top restaurants of large hotel chains, this handy machine is also regularly used to steal the show.
Ergonomic
The three individual machines are nicely separated from each other, and easy to clean. Each machine has its own control buttons, which are always optimally accessible.
All-in ease of use
Our COMPACT 3 in 1 is used for melting chocolate, tempering (or bringing the chocolate to the correct crystal structure) and filling moulds. For the 3 individual colours of chocolate, this can be done either separately or at the same time. With a separate standard or tailor-made vibrating table, the filled moulds or hollow figures can be vibrated.
