The Prefanibs is used for the production of chocolate (80%-70%-65% …), starting from roasted cocoa beans which have been processed into cocoa nibs. By rotating granite stones in the nibs for a long time, chocolate is obtained with particles of maximum 22 microns. In industrial terms, the machine is also called grinder, and the treatment process stone conching.
The sieving of the chocolate before consumption is done directly on the vibration table of the moulding machine or tempering machine. The remnants are minimal with this quality machine.
In addition to chocolate, chocolate spread, ganache or nut paste can also be produced with the Prefanibs.
UNIQUE CE APPROVED DEVICE
The machine is fully secured so that any risk, even for adults, is excluded. This makes the Prefanibs30 unique in its kind.
ALMOST NO NOISE
Despite the heavy grinding movements for many hours in a row, the Prefanibs30 is a super quiet machine.
ONLY 22 MICRONS
After grinding the cocoa nibs, the smallest particles in the chocolate will be only 22 microns. The remnants during sieving are therefore very limited.
